DDZY150 single phase local fee control smart meter is a intelligent electricity metering product, which suit for measuring 220V/50Hz single phase active AC power. It has independent optical and RS485 interface, and also with standard interface of Lora communication module, support for Lora communication. It can support for fee control function. With advantages of high reliable, high accuracy, long life, wide range and etc, it can widely used in city, country and enterprises where need to measure single phase AC power.

Working Principle

Measured AC voltage and current have been sampled and transported to professional metering chip, after digital processing, they have been changed to the pulse signal, which in direct proportion to active power, and then sent to microprocessor. Microprocessor would accumulate the pulse signal according to the tariff, then get total power and tariff power and put them in register. At the same time, the microprocessor finishes the function of display and changeover with external messages.

Technical Features

1. Take advanced professional integrated circuit and SMT, hot air reflow soldering and wave soldering as technical design, which can make sure of reliable quality.

2. Take three units isolated power for metering unit, data processing unit and communication interface unit. All the output signals are handled by optoelectronic isolation, which can increase Electromagnetic Compatibility, and also confirm the stable working for metering unit, that will not influence by communication interface.

3. Wide voltage range from 154V to 265V, and won’t be damaged even on 418V, which upgrade its environmental suitability.

4. Build in “Watch Dog” design for microprocessor, to promise for the well working of CPU. Triple backup for metering data. The data are safe even in harsh conditions.

5. Fully sealed dustproof and waterproof design, material of cover has excellent flame retardant and anti-corrosion, anti-aging properties.

6. Build in clock circuit with temperature compensation function, the function can also work when power off and get power source from battery, to make sure of the high processing precision of clock.

7. With standard interface of Lora communication module, support for Lora communication..

The LoRaWAN meters will upload their data to gateway, then the gateway will transfer the data to our meter reading system.

Carriage and storage:
Our products should be packaged well when being transported. And the products should not be shaken or hit when being transported and unpacked. The carriage and storage should correspond with GB/T15464-1995 "General packing technical conditions of instruments and meters".

Inventory and storage should be put on the bracket under the original package, and the stacked height can’t exceed 5 layers. The storage place will be clean and the environment temperature will not more than from -40℃ to +70℃, relative humidity not more than 95% and without corrosive gas and mildew in the air.
