Product Description:

LXK-Φ80, LXK-Φ120 zero sequence current transformer is made of ABS engineering plastic shell and full resin casting seal. The use of insulating oil refrigeration cutting process, effectively avoid the transformer in the long-term use of the corrosion process. Good insulation performance, beautiful appearance. The utility model has the advantages of high sensitivity, good linearity, reliable operation and convenient installation. Its performance is better than the general zero sequence current transformer, which has a wide range of applications, not only suitable for electromagnetic relay protection, but also suitable for electronic and microcomputer protection devices.

Installation Environment

1 ambient temperature: -15℃ to +60℃, daily average no more than +40℃;

2 altitude: below 2000 meters (plateau use, order should be made clear);

3 relative humidity: less than 95%;

4 the surrounding medium has no conductive dust and conductive metal particles or insulation damage caused by corrosive gases, molds, etc..

Technical Data:

1, These series of current transformers are used indoor. They are used for three phases overdriven current protection in the electric not-useful-ground neutral system up to rated freguency 50Hz or 60Hz and rated voltage 35kV. The transformers are fitting with the relay too.

2, Being installed, at first, make the product dimidiation. Then make it coalition used bolt. Can be loaded at hot-line condition.

3, Because the cable protects the primary main insulation, so, the insulation characteristics of secondary winding are only examined. The secondary winding can be able to withstand the power freguency test voltage of 3kV to ground.

• Voltage: 0.38-66kV
• Circle frequency: 50Hz
• L1 is entering side of current transformer. K1 is secondary out way.

Installation:

• Installed CT before electrical circle layout, circle line must penetrate internal circle of Cts.
• Split CTs can install by anytime, with follow step:

• Disassembling clips K1 & K2.
• Releasing 6 screws on the top of CT, and separating CT in Two parts

3.Surround CT on the line, clear two connecting interface, spread with anti-rust oil, then tight up those 6 screws, for keep best performance keep separated terminals well connected.

• Keep split CTs with origin.

Remarks: Circuit line must penetrate CT with grounding.
