Description of Home Appliance Testing Equipment:
It is a special system for dry vacuum cleaner performance testing. The whole system is composed of dust removal and dust spread test platform, air performance test platform, dust beating platform, carpet hanging rack, frequency conversion power supply and central control cabinet.

The measuring box shall be made of sheet steel and shall allow the connection of all types of vacuum cleaners. The measuring box (see Figure 24) shall be 500 mm × 500 mm × 500 mm in internal dimensions with provisions for fastening replaceable orifice plates to establish the air flow. The outlet for connection of the vacuum-meter shall be located in the vicinity of a corner within 1 5 mm of adjacent walls. The air flow is controlled by means of a set of 1 0 orifice plates with varying orifice sizes and is determined from the observed values of the vacuum. The orifice plates shall be made of sheet steel, (2 ± 0,1 ) mm in thickness, and have sharp-edged circular openings with nominal diameters d0 including 0-9 size. |
