8 Stations Rotary Automatic Flame Brazing Machine for Copper Heat Exchanger

Working Principle:

Based on the automation of the brazing process, and the effective control of gas flow rate, welding time and welding position, to make the welding effect and the formation of the solder pool well controlled to ensure the stability and consistency of the welding quality.

Equipment composition​:

Working turntables and fixtures (8 work stations, 1 fixture per station)

Technicial Parameters:

1	Loading and unloading station: operator mount the pre-assembled main frame upright and position it in the positioning fixture; operator disassembles the welded workpiece;
2	Installation station: operator installs A1-A8, B1-B8 parts, and installs nitrogen-filled connectors;
3	Welding station a: The nitrogen filling mechanism automatically fills the workpiece with nitrogen, and the welding fire row heats, feeds, and welds the A1-A8 solder joints. After the welding is completed, the nitrogen filling mechanism is withdrawn and the fixture is automatically rotated;
4	Welding station b: The nitrogen filling mechanism automatically fills the workpiece with nitrogen, and the welding fire row heats, feeds, and welds the C1-C6 solder joints. After the welding is completed, system cools A1-A8 solder joints, the nitrogen filling mechanism is withdrawn and the fixture is automatically rotated;
5	Welding station c: The nitrogen filling mechanism automatically fills the workpiece with nitrogen, and the welding fire row heats, feeds, and welds the B1-B8 solder joints. After the welding is completed, system cools C1-C6 solder joints, the nitrogen filling mechanism is withdrawn and the fixture is automatically rotated;
6	Welding station d: The nitrogen filling mechanism automatically fills the workpiece with nitrogen, and the welding fire row heats, feeds, and welds the D1-D6 and E solder joints. After the welding is completed, system cools B1-B8 solder joints, the nitrogen filling mechanism is withdrawn and the fixture is automatically rotated;
7	The nitrogen filling mechanism automatically fills the workpiece with nitrogen, system cools D1-D6 and E solder joints, the nitrogen filling mechanism is withdrawn and the fixture is automatically rotated;
8	Overall cooling
9	Operator repeats the process 1.
